This Assistant Nurse for Homecare role at NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi is a full-time onsite opportunity to support the Registered Nurse in planning, implementing and evaluating patient care while applying DOH Severe Care Domain knowledge, evidence-based practice, and a patient and family advocacy mindset. You will monitor care impact, educate families, assist physicians and therapists, and participate in CQI and annual training. To apply effectively, tailor your CV to show at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience with an additional 6 months in ventilated patients, long-term care or rehabilitation, current nursing registration with DOH licensing eligibility, ACLS/PALS where available, bilingual English and Arabic, and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure, learn continuously, maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

8. QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL

Education
Graduate from a recognized nursing school (minimum 2 yrs)
ACLS (for adult patients)
PALS (for pediatric patients)
Experience
1 years minimum clinical experience plus 6 months recent experience with ventilated patients (i.e. extra 6 months adult ventilated patients for adult AN’s and extra 6 months pediatric ventilated patients for pediatric AN’s)
Long term care or rehabilitation experience
Certification and Licensure
Current valid registration in country of training and/or country of last employment
Eligible for DOH licensing
