We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager who will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s all-day-dining buffet restaurant. This role supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing service excellence, guest satisfaction, staff supervision, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and experience in managing high-volume buffet operations within a luxury hotel setting.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage all-day dining restaurant in supervisory role within luxury hospitality.
Strong understanding of service excellence and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of LQA standards is an advantage.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
