Completion of Leadership Experiences and Administrative Development (LEAD) or a comparable program is a mandatory requirement for eligibility to become an assistant principal.
Assistant Directors – Technical Colleges – Hold or be eligible for Florida Certification in Local Director of Vocational Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or Administration & Supervision. Completion of Leadership Experiences and Administrative Development (LEAD) or a comparable program is a mandatory requirement for eligibility to become an assistant principal.
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently as needed to move objects.
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the District's approved compensation plan. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the School Board.
