Egis Group is hiring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai cost team onsite, supporting the senior QS to deliver accurate cost management across a diverse project portfolio. You will prepare cost estimates, budgets and forecasts, assist tender documentation and bills of quantities, monitor costs and variances, maintain records, liaise with contractors and clients, support procurement, use cost management software, conduct site visits, and prepare cost reports while ensuring UAE regulations. Ideal candidates have 2 to 3 years in QS or cost management, proficiency with Elecosoft or Causeway and advanced Excel, strong contracts knowledge, and good communication; UAE experience and BIM are a plus.
