The ideal candidate will bring previous leadership or supervisory experience, strong organisational and multitasking skills, and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Opera Cloud highly regarded) is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to confidently support the team and drive performance.
