Citymax Corporate Reservations in Landmark Group Tower, Dubai, is hiring an Assistant Reservations Manager to oversee daily reservation operations across calls, emails, OTA and corporate bookings, build shift rosters, and cover the manager’s duties as needed; ensure PMS/CRS accuracy with daily checks; lead and coach the reservations team and E-commerce coordinator; support the Head of Revenue on rate implementation and strategy, monitor pickup and conversion, maintain rate parity, and coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Finance and Front Office for Paymaster meetings and weekly reporting; deliver daily and monthly performance reports and back special projects. Requirements: at least 3 years in reservations with 2 in supervision; strong Opera PMS and OTA knowledge; leadership, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage high volume inventory.   1. Oversee daily reservation operations (calls, emails, OTA, corporate bookings and online distribution).
  2. Formulate shift roster based on business needs, lead and manage the reservations department in absence of Reservation Manager.
  3. Responsible for accuracy of reservations in PMS/CRS systems, ensuring daily quality checks.
  4. Supervise, train, coach, and monitor performance of reservation department, E-commerce coordinator.
  5. Support Head of revenue in rate implementation and revenue strategies.
  6. Monitor pick-up, booking pace, and conversion ratios.
  7. Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.
  8. Coordinate and work closely with Sales, Revenue, Finance and Front Office teams performing a central role in driving Paymaster Meetings, follow-ups and weekly reporting
  9. Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
  10. Support the reservation manager in other / special projects for optimization of reservation department, as and when assigned.
  1. Minimum 3 years of reservations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  2. Strong knowledge of PMS (Opera preferred) and OTA platforms.
  3. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to manage high-volume inventory and fast-paced operations.
