Key requirements include a minimum of 12 years on site with proven ARE or RE experience, strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, AutoCAD proficiency, solid MS Office skills, and a track record of meticulous documentation and stakeholder communication. UAE regulations familiarity and BIM or project management tools are a plus.
