You will report to the House Supervisor or Residential Care Coordinator. The role requires relevant qualifications with four mandatory competencies or the Cert IV in child, youth and family intervention, plus experience in a therapeutic residential setting and the ability to work with young people with complex needs and to develop behavioural management plans.
