Landmark Group is seeking an Assistant - Retail (Customer Relations) for a full-time onsite role in the United Arab Emirates. The position centers on delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints end to end, notifying customers about promotions, maintaining a customer database for cross-selling, coordinating with internal teams and logistics, and processing delivery and installation orders with timely follow-up. Requires a degree and at least two years in customer care, proficiency with relevant computer applications and call center technology, strong data entry and English communication skills with Arabic a plus, plus solid problem solving and knowledge of customer behavior.
