An experienced retail operations professional is needed for The North Face at Bondi to support daily store operations, tackle non routine tasks, and contribute to merchandising, buying, pricing and marketing initiatives onsite. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred, and bring five or more years of relevant experience. Expect to apply standardized procedures, use in-depth technical knowledge, extract and verify data, and occasionally modify processes. Strong problem solving, clear communication with colleagues and customers, and cultural awareness are essential. You will be accountable for on-time delivery, coaching juniors, cost management within the project, and delivering measurable results.
