The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive leader with 1 to 2 years in an assistant store manager or higher role, comfortable budgeting and rostering staff under local laws, and available Sunday to Thursday. They collaborate closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience. Our store team members rely on their ability to coach effective selling and customer service skills.
