Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Prince George, 02 to support the Store Manager in delivering top-notch guest services, boosting sales and profitability, and managing staffing, expenses, shrinkage, merchandising and inventory control per company policies. The ideal candidate has prior retail or management experience, is at least 18, and can handle long hours on their feet, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and or management experience is required.
