Rebel Sport is hiring two Assistant Store Managers for the Townsville region at Rebel Garbutt or Townsville Willows to lead a 30+ person team in fast paced stores, with openings created by internal moves. This full-time role offers Sunday to Thursday schedules, a competitive salary with super, weekly pay and potential bonuses, and clear growth paths within Super Retail Group’s stores. As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.  To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Management / leadership experience 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
