Executive Assistant to the Regional Head of Middle East and North Africa  

This is a temporary role (8 months) to cover the Regional Head of MENA with additional support coverage for Corporate teams based in the NIP Dubai office and NAM Dubai. 

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Phone coverage for the Head of Middle East and North Africa, involving significant interaction with clients, peers and senior members of the Nomura Group
  • Extensive diary management and meeting co-ordination 
  • Extensive travel arrangements - co-ordination of flights, tickets, visas, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Expense processing within Nomura policy
  • Management of expense reimbursement and account reconciliation process
  • Timely production of presentation material for senior members of the MENA team for meetings/presentations which may involve liaising with computer graphics and reprographics services
  • Project administration - correspondence with client parties, creating and maintaining working group lists, project filing and archiving
  • General administration duties for visiting Nomura employees
  • In addition, provide support to the NIP Dubai Corporate teams and NAM Dubai as required (including cover for GM Dubai team during leave)
