A Taste of What You’ll Do
You will support the bottling lifecycle of the winemaking process—from receiving wine and blending to final wine quality in the bottle. This can encompass table wine and/or OTS. This role partners closely with production teams and winemaking leadership to ensure wine quality, work order accuracy, and continuous improvement. You’ll participate in tastings, winemaking and operational trials, and cross‑functional collaboration to help maintain product excellence. You will also contribute to key projects and operational initiatives supporting the broader winemaking organization.
In this position, you will support wine processing operations, workflow coordination, and work order management. Conduct bench and operational trials, tastings, wine analysis reviews, and sample preparation. Participate in wine tasting to evaluate and make recommendations to improve wine quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring wines are ready for shipping and/or bottling.
