Main tasks:

  • Planning and management of GxP-compliant studies and method validations in the areas of Ligand Binding Services (LBS) and Molecular & Cell Biology (MCB) bioanalysis
  • Primary study contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
  • Authoring of reports for bioanalytical GxP studies and method validations
  • Bioanalytical data management, including data review, processing, and archiving

  • In the role of a BPI (Bioanalytical Principal Investigator), you will serve as the single point of study control and hold full responsibility for the conduct of the study or study phase.
    You will be responsible for issuing the study plan, organizing practical work in the laboratory, ensuring adherence to the study plan, and verifying that all analytical data are fully documented and recorded.
    You will also provide appropriate training to assigned personnel, review and assess all generated data, and prepare and approve the analytical report. As the main contact person for your assigned projects, you will provide regular updates and maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related field; a PhD is considered an advantage
  • For the BPI position, experience in bioanalysis or a related field of quantitative bioanalysis is strongly preferred, particularly with ligand-binding or cell-based assays
  • Strong IT user skills, including MS Office and Oracle databases
  • High level of self-motivation, commitment, reliability, and flexibility to deliver superior service to our clients
  • Experience in a regulated environment (GxP / ISO) is desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with good proficiency in German
