Guidepoint’s Dubai based Associate, Business Development offers a hands on chance to build a cross sector pipeline, conduct targeted outreach, and partner with senior BD managers to craft compelling materials that communicate Guidepoint’s value. You’ll develop market knowledge, research target industries, monitor the competitive landscape, and gather client feedback to sharpen outreach. To stand out, emphasize 1-2 years BD or sales experience in the Middle East, a proven ability to cold call and engage at all levels, fluency in English (Arabic a plus), CRM experience (Salesforce), and comfort with Microsoft Office. All applicants must have the right to work in the UAE and show a collaborative, proactive mindset.
