Major Accountabilities
Core member of the drug product sub-team representing scientific/technical excellence, ad hoc member of global CMC team.
Authors source documents for regulatory submissions, review CMC modules.
Lead and manage project, network and cross‑functional team activities
Drive long‑term strategies on science and technologies
Generate impactful and wide‑reaching procedures or guidelines and drive their implementation across teams.
Represents broadly recognized expert knowledge and is responsible for scouting, evaluating, and implementing innovative drug delivery technologies in xRNA drug product development.
Role Requirements:
Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines with minimum of 3 – 6 years of experience in parenteral drug development, particularly also experience with oligonucleotides (mRNA, siRNA, ASO), or master degree with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in parenteral formulation and process development, particularly in xRNA therapeutics
Desirable Skills:
Expert knowledge in the development of oligonucleotide drug products
Ability to lead technology development programs, introduce new scientific technologies and create a culture of excellence in knowledge exchange
Proactive problem‑solver with ability to address complex, critical issues beyond immediate team
Experience driving digital transformation including enabling data harmonization and adoption of new digital ways of working
Languages:
Fluent English (both spoken and written) is essential
Additional languages are an advantage
