About the role

    Core Objective:
     
    Drive end-to-end Driver Operations in the UAE, ensuring operational excellence, alignment with global standards, and strong adaptation to local market needs.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross Functional Bridge: Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between local team and the local UAE Driver Operations Manager and inter-department.
  • Market Insight & Analysis: Develop a deep, data-driven, and qualitative understanding of the unique UAE supply market landscape including local regulations, driver demographics, and regional challenges or opportunities.
  • Standardization & Local Adoption: Quick to adopt and implement proven local frameworks, best practices, and standards to efficiently resolve localized operational bottlenecks.
  • Data-Driven Initiatives: Partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute, and review strategic initiatives, utilizing localized data to tackle new market-specific challenges and capture growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document high-impact, data-supported learnings from the UAE market and scale these insights to grow the local supply market.

What you'll do:

  • Office-based role serving as the primary point of contact for Driver Partners, while conducting field engagements as needed. 
  • A valid UAE driving license is required. 
  • Works closely with local teams on Driver acquisition, onboarding, community building, retention, and growth of branded vehicles. 
  • Ensures KPI delivery, strong execution of initiatives, and accurate daily reporting.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Operations, preferably within Delivery Platforms.
  • Data-driven with exposure to analytics and proficiency in Excel.  
  • Strong communicator with English proficiency (Punjabi, Pashto, and Urdu languages preferred)
