Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements
Review bookkeeping, including accruals, interest calculations, sales entries, investment property movements, lease incentives, intangibles, and service charge reconciliations in accordance with Dutch GAAP and IFRS
Prepare and review distributions and capital contribution requests
Prepare and review cash flow statements
Prepare and review client-specific periodic (fund) reporting
Prepare and coordinate CIT & VAT returns
Prepare audit files and assist with statutory audits
Follow up on and coordinate client-specific accounting and fund requests
Act as the relationship contact for internal CSC matters
Maintain contact with shareholders, clients, banks, auditors, and other relevant external parties
Ensure the seamless delivery of additional services in collaboration with other teams
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
HBO or University degree in accountancy, business administration, business economics, or a related field
2 – 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or controlling
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar fund accounting and/or client accounting role is desirable
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and bookkeeping applications
Strong time management, analytical skills, and a team-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
