You will partner with area leaders to align people strategy with performance, support culture change for first line leaders, and assist with HR processes, employee relations, IDP execution, and workforce planning in manufacturing. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s in HR or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least one year of HR generalist experience; PHR or SPHR is a plus. The Position
Ensure business success, by serving as a partner to area leader through supporting line of business by linking people strategy and performance. Support organizational culture change management to enable the development of first line leaders.
