Emirates NBD is seeking an Associate for Loan Agency Solutions in Dubai to support Emirates NBD Capital Limited in Syndicated Loans, Agency and Bond issuances. The role requires maintaining a portfolio, accurate system inputs, and support for complex processing and compliance. You will liaise with external banks, manage LMA documentation from an Agent perspective, handle amendments, ensure documents are filed and prepare daily and monthly reports. Organization Unit Purpose

Emirates NBD Capital Limited deals with arranging Syndicated Loans, Syndicated Agency, Bond Issuances, other Debt Issuances, Corporate Finance transactions and services, Advisory services as well as Asset Distributions for ENBD group.

         

Job Purpose

The job holder undertakes the unit tasks and has an overview of the portfolio. The job-holder ensures the delivery of services of high standards to the customers. There is a need to provide support in resolving complex processing and to address customer service issues. The job requires appropriate levels of technical knowledge and expertise and needs to provide senior support to the team in its initiatives and BAU

 

Job Content

Work Completion

  • Ensuring the Portfolio is well maintained with active involvement in resolving issues. 
  • Ensuring the system related inputs done are accurate and PFDs are followed.
  • Experience in the ACBS system is a plus
  • Proficient in LMA documentation from the perspective of an Agent
  • Liaise with external banks on the assigned portfolio to ensure the deal runs smoothly and be involved in documentation and its various amendments along with clearance from internal stakeholders

 

Service Delivery

  • Support ensuring delivery of the unit’s services to agreed standards, quality and compliance requirements and budget limits. 

 

Problem Resolution

  • Address and resolve day to day issues faced by the team and escalate as necessary.
  • Test on the solutions provided by higher manage to ensure permanent resolution

 

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to protect the bank’s interests.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the Bank on all transactions handled by the team

 

Custodian and document management

  • Ensure all documents and records are maintained and lodged as per policy and to ensure safeguard of digital data.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all required documents are received.   

 

Reports / Returns

  • Prepare daily and monthly reports and ensure adherence of timelines of deliverables to reporting manager

Experiences

Minimum 5 experience in Syndication Agency.

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of products handled by Syndication Agency. 
  • Possesses good understanding of the Organizational Policies and Procedures.
