Collaborate with Sales and upstream teams to understand business requirements and jointly design and implement logistics solutions with internal and external stakeholders. 2. Conduct regular reviews of international logistics projects, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and execution quality. 3. Communicate directly with overseas teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth and stable international logistics operations. 4. Coordinate with relevant functions (e.g., customs, compliance, and operations teams) to ensure end-to-end logistics delivery from origin to destination. 5. Continuously improve logistics systems, processes, and KPIs to enhance data accuracy, timeliness, and visibility of logistics performance. Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proactive, self-motivated, and execution-oriented, with the ability to drive tasks and projects forward. 3. Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German (spoken and written) is a strong plus. 4. Comfortable working in cross-cultural and multinational team environments, with a long-term interest in the supply chain and logistics field. 5. Ability to work on-site in Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach, with willingness to live and work in Germany on a long-term basis. 6.
