This role is on the Digital Shopping Retail team under the Customer Experience Organization. As a member of the Digital Shopping Retail team, you will collaborate across teams to define and deliver customer-focused solutions that enable revenue production on aa.com. As the Associate Product Manager supporting Shopping Retail, you will help build and enhance multiple pages and systems on aa.com, including the search widget, Choose Flights, Trip Summary, Passenger Details, and our International sites. You will work closely with our IT teams and stakeholders to optimize customer experience, revenue generation, and scalable technology—supporting the features that power American's largest booking channel.
