Day-to-day work in the Swiss practice
On a typical engagement, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client challenges, pull together data, and form hypotheses that lead to concrete recommendations. You’ll translate findings into actionable steps and present results to stakeholders, supporting the adoption of change and measuring its impact. You’ll also manage parts of the project independently, contributing to the overall momentum and success of the work.

You’ll balance quantitative analysis with clear storytelling, ensuring that insights are accessible to diverse audiences and tied to practical outcomes. Your profile: must-haves and nice-to-haves
- A bachelor’s degree is required; for the Junior Associate Consultant track, an advanced graduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- A master’s degree is required; for the Associate Consultant track, an advanced graduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for solving quantitative problems, with careful attention to detail.
- Critical thinking to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and craft innovative solutions.
- Comfort with changing project assignments and working on several initiatives at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work well with diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
