We are currently looking for an auditor to join our Auckland team. This is a full-time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on audit jobs for a wide range of clients. This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand, with travel to client sites required. While most work is Auckland-based, occasional travel outside of Auckland may be required. We are currently recruiting for multiple auditors to join our team.

The role will involve:

  • Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments

  • Preparing audit files and financial statements

  • Liaising with clients at all levels, including senior stakeholders

  • Identifying audit issues and communicating findings

  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

  • Ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality work

  • Using audit systems (including CaseWare where applicable)

You will ideally have:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ audit experience in a CA or public practice environment, and on track to complete your CA studies

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • An ability to engage with clients and team members

  • Audit assignment knowledge and experience

  • Systems knowledge (bonus points for CaseWare)

  • Professionalism and a ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • The desire to work in a rewarding environment
