Job Description

We are seeking an UAE National Authority Liaison Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic stakeholder engagement activities that align with our organization's goals and values.

  • Authority approvals experience with Dubai Municipality, CED Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai South, RTA, DEWA, DCD, Etisalat, Du etc...
  • Demonstrate and execute  comprehensive stakeholder management strategies to support organizational objectives
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize key stakeholders, including internal and external parties
  • Stakeholder mapping exercises and maintain up-to-date stakeholder databases like authority tracking register
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government entities, community organizations, and business partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent stakeholder messaging and alignment
  • Conduct regular stakeholder analysis and provide insights to Stake Holder Management Lead for informed decision-making
  • Manage and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and issues
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement reports and presentations to executive leadership
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in stakeholder management

     

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture / B.Sc in Architecture 

UAE Nationals with Family Book only

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in stakeholder management field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills

• Proficiency in stakeholder management tools

• Understanding of corporate governance and sustainability practices

• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in stakeholder engagement

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

• Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.
