Galadari Brothers is seeking a full-time Auto Mechanic in UAE. The role involves collecting job orders, servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards, diagnosing faults, managing repair time, and reporting delays to Team Leader. It requires keeping tools and the work area clean for health and safety, clocking and repair order documentation, and careful parts handling. Qualifications include a trade certificate or vocational training and 2-3 years of experience with a dealership or workshop, with strong teamwork and the ability to support the service team with write-ups. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect job orders and the necessary materials/ tools/ equipment, to carry out the repairs and maintenance on the customers vehicles in accordance with the manufacturers repair techniques.
- Ensure accurate fault diagnosis and effective utilization of time allocated for the repairs.
- Report to Team Leader of any delays in repairs due to unavailability of parts or any other reason.
- Service personal tools keep the lifts and work area clean and comply with the health and safety standards.
- Keep all personal tools safe. Any breakages or accidents must be reported to the Team Leader / Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure proper clocking on/off and do write up in the repair order as per the prescribed procedure.
- Any unused parts must be returned or stored properly as per company procedure.
- Adhering strictly to technical specifications as laid down by manufacturer, or as instructed by management.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- S.S.C./Trade Certificate/Vocational Training.
- 2–3-year experience as Auto Mechanic experience within a reputable dealership/workshop.
- Ability to assist Team Leader / Service Advisor on proper repair order write-up.
- Ability to perform accurate diagnosis and repair procedures.
- Strong team player, with the ability to produce excellent standards of work on a consistent basis.
