Vention is hiring an Automation Engineer DACH (m/f/d) in Munich for a full-time onsite role to design, deploy, and support its Manufacturing Automation Platform. You’ll lead turnkey system deployments, program and validate equipment such as MachineMotion and robotics from UR, Fanuc or ABB; provide first-line technical support, user training, and eventually 24/7 on-call coverage; act as on-site technical lead for FAT and SAT, and drive continuous improvement through SOPs and field feedback. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Eng degree, 2–5 years in automation, fluent English and German, solid mechanical fundamentals and Python, plus up to 15% travel.
