Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of turnkey systems. Program and validate equipment (MachineMotion, robotics like UR/Fanuc/ABB).
  • Customer Success: Provide 1st-line technical support for mechanical, software, and robot issues. Deliver customer training and troubleshooting (including a 24/7 rotation starting in 2026).
  • System Integration: Act as on-site technical lead for deployments and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests  (SAT)
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements, contribute to internal SOPs/documentation, and provide field insights to Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics integration or robotics field service .
  • Fluent in English and German (additional European languages a plus).
  • Strong mechanical foundation with programming experience (ideally Python).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
