Seeking an experienced nightfill 2IC in Hawera for The Warehouse Group, a permanent full-time role that ensures stock availability, executes the Manager’s Trading Plan, and leads Fill Teams during evening shifts from Tuesday to Saturday 12:00pm to 8:30pm. The Availability 2IC assists with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership. Previous experience is essential.
In this role, you will work closely with the Availability Manager by being responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, and the Fill Teams. This role works evenings.
