We are currently looking for Quality Assurance Officer that will join the project at the client office, Geneva-based, to help face the proper integration of Compliance and Quality delivery evidence.

In order to reinforce the capacity, team is seeking a Quality Officer. This person will report to the Head of Operational Quality Manager.

  • Acting as reference for the Changes Management processes in term of Quality Assurance
  • Delivering Software Assurance process trainings to team members
  • Running pro-active Quality checks during release development phase
  • Participating actively to the Continuous Improvement of practices 
  • Supporting the teams in integrating quality activities in the design and production activities
  • Supporting Operations Transition Manager
  • Elaborating training material on Quality Assurance and Control activities 
  • Performing root cause analysis
  • Organizing development milestones

Qualifications

What we look for : 

  • Already performed or hands-on experience on Quality Assurance activities in a highly regulated environment
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management solution
  • Software and Hardware Assurance
  • Good knowledge of a Software Engineering Standard e.g., ISO1207, ED-153, ED109A
  • Sound experience in training delivery
  • Experience in an Agile delivery environment
  • Strong presentation and document writing skills
  • Pragmatic
  • Very good verbal and written English
