What’s the role?
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Personal Banking, the AVP, Personal Banking is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the division. This includes driving financial results, leading retail banking strategies, and advancing initiatives that strengthen member experience, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Working in close partnership across the organization, you will help drive sustainable growth, build strong relationships, and ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience aligned with Coastal Community’s vision and strategic priorities.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) $92,700.00 - $137,579.00
