One New Zealand is seeking an AWS Platform Specialist for a 12-month fixed term, onsite in Auckland, to shape customer experiences across contact centre, AI, and cloud channels using Amazon Connect, AWS services, APIs, Python, Terraform and DevOps practices. You will design scalable voice and AI journeys, translate business needs into production-ready designs, own secure, maintainable solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery with monitoring and release readiness. As AWS Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the technology that powers One NZ’s customer experience across contact centre, AI, and cloud-based channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, turning business needs into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS services, APIs, Python, Terraform, and DevOps practices.
You will work across enterprise data platforms, conversational IVR, AI-powered journeys, and CCaaS solutions to deliver frictionless, personalised, and AI-enhanced experiences for customers.
