Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, engage, and close B2B opportunities in sectors with large blue-collar workforces requiring du pay payroll disbursement solutions
- Develop a sales pipeline and lead end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop tailored value propositions for both employers and employees, ensuring solutions not only meet business needs but also enhance the financial well-being and digital adoption of blue-collar workers.
- Track market and regulatory trends and emerging technologies in the UAE’s fintech and salary disbursement space, proactively identifying opportunities and designing solutions that address employers’ operational and compliance challenges.
- Oversee client set-up and onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with du Pay’s systems and processes.
- Collaborate with product, tech, ops and regulation teams to develop and enhance payment solutions based on client needs and market trends.
- Drive operational efficiency by streamlining onboarding workflows while adhering to internal systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (including Group commercial Heads), HR/payroll teams, and finance departments.
- Monitor market developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Monitor and report on client performance, including revenue contribution, customer acquisition, retention, and operational KPIs, with regular updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong understanding of fintech, mobile money, and digital financial services.
- Understanding of the UAE salary and WPS ecosystem is preferred
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, telco, or financial services.
- Previous experience in assisting corporate clients in solving their payroll needs and deep understanding of UAE WPS
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing client relationships.
