Job Description

Novotel Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a professional and decisive Banquet Waiter/Driver to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will lead our banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.

Driving & Logistics

  • Safely load, transport, and unload catering equipment, furniture, and food to event venues

  • Ensure all items are delivered on time and in good condition

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering vehicle

  • Assist with packing down and returning items after events

Event Setup & Service

  • Assist with setting up tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and buffet stations

  • Prepare service areas according to event requirements

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner

  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event

  • Support kitchen and catering team as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (License 3 & 6)

  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or banqueting preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Physically able to lift and carry equipment

  • Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
