Barista Required

Ontime Group is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our clients and staff while ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to clients and staff
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and equipment, reordering as necessary
• Keep up to date with coffee trends and techniques to enhance service quality
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with occasional food preparation and serving as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and coffee types
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
