  • Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.

  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, process payments, and handle cash responsibly.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients.

  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
