The Restaurant Group is hiring a full‑time Bartender in Edinburgh to join a national hospitality family offering free meals on shift, up to 30% discount across brands, duty free perks, Wagestream access, and strong training and career progression across around 300 venues including wagamama and Barburrito. You’ll create memorable guest experiences, welcome guests, suggest drinks, and keep a guest‑ready bar while supporting colleagues in fast paced airport sites where shifts can start as early as 3am. You must be over 18 and ready for a five‑year work/education/personal history and a criminal record check. What we're looking for in our Bartender 

• Great people skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
