JOB SUMMARY
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes
Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality
Engage with guests professionally, providing recommendations and personalized service
Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and seasonal specialties
Ensure bar mise en place is prepared before service
Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Verify guest age requirements in compliance with local regulations
Process guest orders accurately through the POS system
Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
Support cost control by minimizing waste and breakage
Assist in monthly inventory and stock-taking procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Previous experience as a Bartender in 5-star hotel or upscale bar
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Well-groomed appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards
Basic knowledge of food pairing is an advantage
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Relevant hospitality certification is preferred
