Bauer is seeking a PROSHARP Sales Advisor to join fulltime onsite in Calgary or Edmonton and cover Western Canada, driving territory results through retail partners, on ice demos, staff training and replenishment across the skate ecosystem while managing travel budgets and coordinating with Bauer sales reps. You’ll lead activations at tournaments, educate store teams on blade fitting and profiling, and maintain a territory dashboard to track growth and sell-through while building strong relationships with owners and back shop staff. Ideal candidates have 3-4 years in retail or commercial sales, solid sharpening and profiling knowledge, and comfort with 60-70% travel.
