Role Overview

We are hiring a Beauty Sales Manager to own the full lead-to-revenue journey at Elaris.

This role is for someone who understands how beauty services are sold , not just booked.

You will manage sales performance across contact center + in-salon , structure consultation-based selling, and ensure that marketing spend converts into real, high-value bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own lead conversion, booking quality, and average ticket value
  • Build and enforce beauty-specific sales scripts (consultative, premium tone)
  • Train booking specialists to upsell:
