Ability Action Australia, part of MedHealth, is hiring a full-time on-site Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in Jandakot to turn data into life changing action for NDIS participants aged 0–65. You’ll evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans, set meaningful goals within a positive behaviour support framework, build capacity in participants’ networks, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while championing the reduction of restrictive practices. Key requirements include a degree in allied health or related field, experience with BSPs, and NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status (or willingness to obtain it with our support). You should love disability work, be comfortable with writing and paperwork, and enjoy flexible hybrid options. For a chat, contact Benita Kempton at 0476 795 843.
