Outcomes Connect Australia is seeking a motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner for full-time, onsite work in Cooroy, QLD. You will support NDIS participants and families to identify needs, develop person-centred plans, and apply evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support to reduce restrictive practices and promote quality of life, collaborating with a team of practitioners, a team leader and clinical advisors. The role offers weekly 1:1 supervision, national onboarding, ongoing learning, CPD planning, and clear pathways to leadership and practice advancement, plus flexible scheduling and sustainable caseloads. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner - experienced or entry-level - you will make a real difference in the lives of people living with disability by helping them and those around them. You will focus on enhancing quality of life, reducing behaviours of concern and promoting the rights of people with disability.
You will work as part of a team including practitioners, a team leader and clinical advisors, to support people with evidence-based practice along with developing your own knowledge, skills and experience.
You live in, or close, to Cooroy.
You will also benefit from the School of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), in partnership with MedHealth Academy and the University of Melbourne.
