You will develop and validate sensitive methods, advance HRMS and triple quadrupole MS workflows, set up techniques and automation concepts, ensure lab readiness and resource planning, and act as the bioanalytical interface in cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in science with LC-HRMS expertise, nano and microflow HPLC knowledge, and proven method development experience; fluency in German and English is essential. Bench Scientist New Modalities (all genders)
As a Bench Scientist in LC-MS bioanalysis, you drive innovative bioanalytical solutions in research projects, particularly for complex analytes such as peptides or oligonucleotides. You develop and establish state-of-the-art bioanalytical strategies, conduct analyses, and share your expertise by training colleagues. Acting as a key interface between the laboratory and scientists, you contribute your expertise to interdisciplinary project teams and support the planning, evaluation, and review of studies. You also actively shape the technical advancement of the department in this field.
