Kensington is seeking a BI Developer / Data Analyst to join our Toronto analytics team in a cross-functional, cross-BU role that fuels data-driven decisions. You’ll design and maintain SQL- and DAX-driven datasets, semantic models, and Power BI reports using Fabric workspaces, while troubleshooting refreshes and translating business questions into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in BI development, strong SQL and DAX, dimensional modeling, Power Query, and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders.
