Job Description

Tender Submissions

  • Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, including expression of interest, pre-qualifications and request for proposals;
  • Provide support on complex proposal and presentation documents - from information sourcing, editing, collating CVs, and image manipulation to collation of final product;
  • Responsible for submission coordination and preparation;
  • Keep track of client and consultant contact database;
  • Maintain and update the Company’s extensive electronic database of tender submissions and frequently-used key submission information;
  • Ensure opportunity and reporting data is tracked on the CRM system 

General

  • Communicate with the project team to source project images and data regularly to ensure marketing collaterals are kept up-to-date;
  • Provide general overall administration and organisation for the team’s tasks, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner;
  • Carry out other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role as required

Qualifications

  • Degree holder or above from a recognised university;
  • 4- 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction, engineering or architecture industry. 
  • Good business sense with diligent numeracy skills;
  • Prepare and maintain marketing collaterals (project sheets, brochures) and develop custom PowerPoint decks for client presentations;
  • Strategic thinking, with the capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines;
  • Expert knowledge with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office packages including excel.
