Job Description

In TAL’s Growth and Partnerships team, the Bid and Implementation Coordinator plays a meaningful part in helping more Australians access the protection and support they need when it matters most. By contributing to the delivery of high-quality tender responses and smooth new client transitions, this role helps strengthen TAL’s partnerships and supports our broader purpose of helping people live a life filled with choices, options and freedoms. In this role you will:

  • Coordinate high-quality tender responses that strengthen partnership growth opportunities.
  • Translate tender and implementation requirements into clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement to support successful tender and implementation outcomes.
  • Maintain scalable bid and implementation resources that improve consistency and quality.
  • Improve tender and implementation processes to increase efficiency and delivery excellence.
  • Embed governance, risk and reporting disciplines to support informed decision-making.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar coordination-focused role, ideally within financial services, consulting or another medium to large organisation.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with an interest in understanding processes, operations and business requirements. Project management qualifications or exposure to Group Life, superannuation funds or fund administration will be well regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality work within agreed timeframes.
  • Confidence working in structured project environments, including following governance processes, tracking actions and supporting clear delivery outcomes.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to share information in a practical and professional way.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
