We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to September 2026 at our Leduc, Alberta dealership. Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German or  Dutch

  • Passionate about helping people start their vacation journey on the right note

  • Excited to work with an international clientele and be part of meaningful travel moments

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic approach

  • Guide customers through their RV rental experience from pick-up to return

  • Walk customers through paperwork clearly and confidently

  • Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes), helping customers feel ready for the road

  • Check in returning RVs and resolve concerns efficiently and positively

  • Support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English plus German or  Dutch

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive, energetic personality and a genuine passion for customer experience

  • Ability to work weekends and collaborate with a team

  • A desire to help turn vacation plans into lifelong memories
