You will provide direct clinical care including individual, group and family therapy, conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention, support families, oversee daily clinical operations, and be the primary clinical liaison to school partners while developing trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment plans. Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in CT, 3+ years of experience with children or adolescents, and school-based experience; bilingual ability is highly valued.
