Ngā pukenga kei a koe mō tenei tūranga | What you’ll bring

As a Billing & Metering Data Specialist, you’ll work across meter data, billing processes, and customer queries to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and great outcomes. If you’re detail driven, curious, and motivated to continuously improve how things are done, this is your chance to make an impact in a fastmoving, supportive environment.

You’ll use your experience to determine the best form of contact for the customer to ensure any and all queries are resolved clearly and to the customers satisfaction.

Provide feedback to colleagues in order to upskill and ensure best practices are followed.

If something goes wrong, you fix it, learn from it and move on. You communicate new information and learnings to your colleagues and the business in general when appropriate.

Be excited by the smaller details, investigating, finding the root cause and implementing the fix.

We’re on the lookout for:

  • Ability to manage accurate meter data and resolve exceptions, ensuring clear communication and strong adherence to best‑practice processes.
  • Experience within the Australia or New Zealand energy industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • Support vulnerable customers appropriately and resolve customer queries via phone and email using the most effective contact method.

We also offer:

  • An attractive and competitive salary package that’s reviewed annually, performance-incentive plus discounts from a number of partnerships
  • Enhanced leave provisions: three company paid days (over the holiday period), enhanced parental leave and options to buy up to 12 days’ additional leave
